Back To The Roots is a non-profit organization dedicated to rescuing and empowering children at risk of sex trafficking. Our mission is to provide a safe, nurturing environment where children can heal, grow, and thrive.
Our main project is located in Southern India, our children’s home, Asha House, serves as a refuge for children who have been exploited or are vulnerable to exploitation. We provide them with a family-like environment, offering safety, love, and stability as they work towards healing. Our support extends beyond the immediate rescue, ensuring each child has access to education—from primary school through university—so they can build a brighter, self-sufficient future.
In addition to our work in India, we have actively participated in the rescue of children from brothels in Southeast Asia. We believe that every child deserves a chance at life free from the horrors of trafficking, and we partner with local organizations to ensure aftercare and holistic healing.
Through our programs, we aim not only to provide direct support to those affected but also to raise global awareness of the devastating realities of human trafficking. At Back To The Roots, we believe in the power of education, advocacy, and community involvement to make a lasting difference in the lives of these children.
